I can attest that trying to go from self-hate to self-love instantly does not work, and this process is an ongoing journey with ups and downs throughout your lifetime.
In our 3-month coaching series together we will move up the ladder to self-love in small incremental steps to make this become a reality for you.
When life throws you curveballs, your learnings through this coaching program will help you come back to yourself and prioritize your self-love, so you can go through life feeling empowered.
